At Vrinda Kothari Designs, we strive to provide high-quality digital courses and design resources. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of downloadable products, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
This includes but is not limited to:
- digital illustrations
- seamless patterns
- design elements
- brushes
- templates
- downloadable artwork
Once the files are delivered or access is granted, refunds cannot be issued.
2. Online Courses & Masterclasses
All course purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
This applies to:
- live masterclasses
- recorded courses
- workshops and tutorials
By purchasing a course, you acknowledge that the course materials are digital and accessible immediately.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- duplicate payment made by mistake
- payment processed but course access not provided due to technical error
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
4. Cancellation of Enrollment
If you are enrolled in a live batch course, cancellation requests made before the course begins may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Once the course has started, cancellations are not possible.
5. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues accessing course materials, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the problem.
Refunds will not be issued for issues related to:
- poor internet connection
- incompatible devices
- lack of required software
